Theresa L. Greene

Theresa L. (Corriveau) Greene, 59, of Goshen, CT, passed away peacefully at her home on April 29, 2026, surrounded by family. Born on May 3, 1966, in Waterbury, Connecticut, Theresa was the beloved wife of John Greene and the daughter of the late Joyce (Beaudry) and Ronald W. Corriveau, Sr.

Theresa was the proud owner and operator of Studio G Hair Salon for 13 years. Her salon was more than a place of business; it was a gathering space filled with laughter, creativity, and sincere connections.

She found joy in the simple beauty of nature and had a special love for birds, especially hummingbirds. Their delicate grace, quiet strength, rare beauty, and gentle presence brought her happiness and served as a beautiful reflection of Theresa’s own spirit. She was truly one of a kind, with a genuine, gentle, and loving heart that left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

Theresa had a beautiful way of making life feel special. She loved visiting Lake George in the fall, taking in the beauty of the season, and she carried that same love of beauty into her home throughout the year. She took great pride in decorating for every season, especially Christmas, creating a home that was one of a kind and filled with warmth, creativity, and love. Her greatest joy was the time she spent surrounded by family.

She is now reunited with her beloved dog, Titus, whose loyal love and companionship were among the great joys of her life.

In addition to her husband, John, who stood by her side with unwavering love and support, she is survived by her brother, Ronald Corriveau, Jr.; her sister, Corrine Goad-Corriveau; her niece, Ashley Goad; and her nephew, Vinnie Goad and his wife, Sylvanna.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at Cook Funeral Home, 82 Litchfield St., Torrington, CT. Entombment will follow at St. Peter Mausoleum, Torrington, CT. Relatives and friends may call on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cook Funeral Home.
