Stephen C. Jensen

Stephen C. Jensen, 77, of Torrington, CT, passed away Sunday, December 5, 2021, at Hartford Hospital.  He was the beloved husband of Carol (Hainman) Jensen.

Stephen was born September 29, 1944, in Hartford, CT, the son of the late Marinus and Mae (Chambers) Jensen.  He owned and operated Lakeville Printing.  He loved the ocean and motor yachts.  He was a Sea Captain, and his yacht was docked at Cedar Island Marina in Clinton, CT.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by four daughters, Christine Taylor (Jeffrey) of Harwinton, CT, Darlene Jensen of Winsted, CT, Peggy Jensen (Scott Saunders) of Morris, CT, Patty Jensen (Gary Jamieson) of Morris, CT; a step son, Richard Warner of New York City, NY; a step daughter, Robin Faust (Craig) of Goshen, CT; a brother Jerry Jensen (Barbara) of California; a sister Verona Tofil of Arizona, as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren and two nephews.

Private funeral arrangement have been entrusted to Cook Funeral Home.  There are no calling hours.
