Roger Hebert

Roger Hebert, 94, formerly of Torrington, passed away on Monday, April 3, 2018.  He was born in Winnipeg, Canada, the son of Arthur Hebert and Bertha Rame.  He was predeceased by his wife of 51 years, Virginia (Russo) Hebert.  He is survived by his daughters, Deborah DiMartino (Peter) and Janet Gagnon (James).  He is also survived by his two grandchildren, Christopher DiMartino (Pam) and Lauren Granata (Antonio).  He also leaves four great grandchildren, Dominic, Anthony, Elena and Emilio.

He was a World War II veteran serving in England and France.  He retired from the Colonial Bronze Company and relocated to Melbourne, Florida.  He was an avid golfer and played at Eastwood Country Club for many years.

A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.  Cook Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
