Paul A. McLaughlin, Sr., 75, of Torrington, CT, passed away Monday, December 28, 2015, at Wolcott Hall Nursing Center. He was the husband of Joan (McMahan) McLaughlin.
Paul was born June 7, 1940, son of the late John and Mary (Keane) McLaughlin. He was employed by Sears and Roebuck with the credit and collections department until his retirement. An avid Red Sox, Patriots and Celtics fan, he enjoyed playing basketball and golfing.
In addition to his wife Joan, he is survived by one son, Paul A. McLaughlin, Jr. of Torrington; two daughters, Linda Reagan of Holmsbu, Norway, Marybeth Collier of Watertown, CT; one brother, James McLaughlin of Bolton, MA; one sister, Marylou Parrazzo of Sturbridge, MA; ten grandchildren, one great grandson, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one daughter, JoAnne M. McLaughlin.
