Patricia "Pat" M. Sebastian

Patricia M Sebastian, 82, of Torrington CT, passed away peacefully on February 27, 2026, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Leo Sebastian for 62 years.

Pat was born on May 26, 1943, in College Point, Long Island, New York, the daughter of the late Andrew and Pauline (Able) Wieber.

A member of her community, Pat enjoyed a fulfilling career as a Teller with Webster Bank, from which she retired after many years of service. Her commitment to her work was matched only by her dedication to her family and friends, who will remember her for her caring nature and vibrant spirit.

Pat was an active member of the Sullivan Senior Center where she enjoyed attending a memoir class, playing cards on Fridays and taking tap dance lessons with friends. She loved to cook and spend time with family. She was a devoted communicant of St. Peter Church in Torrington. In her younger years, she loved being a baton twirler for the majorettes.

In addition to her husband, Leo, Pat is survived by a son, Andrew Sebastian and wife Liz Perugini of Torrington and a daughter, Gina Morse and husband David of Lago Vista, Texas. She will also be deeply missed by her brothers, Donald Wieber of East Islip, Long Island, NY, and Wayne Wieber of New York, along with her adoring grandchildren, Alyssa Sebastian, Kyla Sebastian, Alex Bunnell, and Madison Clifford. She had 2 great grandchildren Licas and Levi that she adored. A cherished matriarch, she leaves behind several nieces and nephews who will carry her memory in their hearts. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, with the cortege leaving at 9:30 a.m. from Cook Funeral Home, 82 Litchfield St., Torrington to St. Peter Church (St. John Paul the Great Parish), 99 East Main St., Torrington for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Peter Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Friday, March 6, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Cook Funeral Home.
