Marilyn L. Chain, 80, of Torrington, CT, passed away Sunday, April 16, 2017, at Litchfield Woods.
Marilyn was born December 10, 1936, in Meriden, CT, daughter of the late George “Doc” and Sadelle (Susman) Chain. She was employed as a Bookkeeper by Burns International until her retirement.
She is survived by three brothers, Marvin Chain of Patchogue, LI, Robert Chain of Bloomfield, CT, William Chain of Southington, CT; one sister, Jean Silverstein of New London, CT, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, April 20, 2017, at 12:00 noon, at Sons of Jacob Cemetery, Winsted Road, Torrington, CT. Condolences may be sent to Marilyn’s family by visiting www.cookfuneralhomect.com
