Janet D. (Kelson) Zanderigo

Janet D. (Kelson) Zanderigo, 80, of Torrington, CT, passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2014, in Pompano Beach, FL.  She was the beloved wife of Louis Zanderigo for 62 years.

Janet was born May 4, 1933, in New Britain, CT, daughter of the late Everett and Helen (Licka) Kelson.  She was employed by Cigna Insurance Company as a Supervisor until her retirement.  After her retirement from Cigna she was employed part-time by Landucci Heating and Cooling.  She enjoyed boating and spending time with her family during the summer at Highland Lake. During the winter months, she enjoyed spending time with her husband and family in Florida.

In addition to her devoted husband, Louis, she is survived by two daughters, Donna Landucci and her husband Mark of Torrington and Gale Pellegren and her husband Robert of Winchester Center; four beloved grandchildren, Christopher Landucci, Katherine `Kate` Landucci, Haley Pellegren, and Cory Pellegren as well as several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by one grandson, Garrett Landucci.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 24, 2014, with the cortege leaving at 10:30 a.m. from Cook Funeral Home, 82 Litchfield St., Torrington, to St. Peter Church, 107 East Main St., Torrington, for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may call on Monday morning from 9:00 a .m. to 10:30 a.m. at Cook Funeral Home.
