Helen Berger

Helen (Lovely) Berger, 93, of Litchfield, CT, peacefully passed away on Friday, June 13, 2025, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles Berger.

She was born November 18, 1931, in Waterbury, CT, the daughter of the late Albert and Isabelle (Templeton) Lovely.

Helen spent much of her time volunteering with various organizations, cherishing all the friendships she made. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her two sons, Charles Berger Jr. and his wife Amy of Davenport FL. Richard Berger and his wife Valerie of Winchester Center, CT; five grandchildren, Courtney (Bobby) Davis, Daniel (Jodi) Berger, Andrew (Danny) Berger, Victoria (Jack) Turner, Nicholas Berger and seven great grandchildren, Isabelle, Emma, Olivia Davis, Warren Berger, Abigail Berger, Madison and Dominic D’Angelo

Private funeral services have been entrusted to Cook Funeral Home, Torrington, CT.
