Edith (Litke) Blouin, 99, of Harwinton, CT, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at Valerie Manor. She was the wife of the late Wilfred “Bill” Blouin.
Edith was born March 19, 1918, in Torrington, CT, the daughter of the late Albert and Minnie (Kirchoffer) Litke. She was employed by Blouin Lumber Company as an Office Manager until her retirement.
She leaves a son David “Pin” Blouin and Bill’s daughters, Dolores Sawicki and Carolyn Richtarek; grandchildren Sharon Sawicki and Scott Sawicki as well as several nieces and nephews.
Edith’s family would like to thank the staff at Valerie Manor for their great care.
