Carl J. Zolla

Carl J. Zolla, 74, of Torrington, CT, peacefully passed away on February 3, 2024, at Valerie Manor.  He was the husband of June (Rogers) Zolla for 54 years.

Carl was born October 15, 1949, in Torrington, CT, the son of the late John and Mildred (Calway) Zolla.  He was employed by Howmet as a Quality Engineer until his retirement.

He loved to garden, hunt and fish with his friends and family.

In addition to his wife June, he is survived by two sons, John Zolla (Denise) of Torrington, CT and Timothy Zolla (Megan) of Burlington, CT; one brother, Phil Zolla of Torrington, CT; six grandchildren Saige, Lucas, Joshua, Chase, Scott Plante, Carissa Carn; one great grandson, Jaxon, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Francis New Cemetery, Torrington, CT.   There are no calling hours.
