Amanda R. Florio

Amanda R. Florio, 37, of Torrington, CT, peacefully passed away Saturday, August 10, 2019, at her home surrounded by family.

She was born October 16, 1981, in Torrington, CT, the daughter of Deborah (Curtiss) Florio of Torrington, and of the late Floris Felix Florio.  Amanda was employed by the Adams House as a C.N.A.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by one son, Logan Florio of Torrington, CT; three brothers, Vincent Florio and his wife Robin of Torrington, CT, Anthony Mosher and his wife Linda of Wallingford, CT, Tyler Mosher, of Torrington, CT; one sister, Dawn Eifes and her husband Rory of Torrington, CT, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., with a Funeral Service to be held at the conclusion of calling hours at 11:30 a.m.  Burial will be private.
