OUR STAFF

Meet Our Caring Staff

We believe strongly in helping families choose the right service options at an affordable price. Our traditional services offer families experiencing grief a choice on how they want to memorialize their loved one.

Cook Funeral Home Staff

We are proud of the staff of the   Cook Funeral Home. "Service to Others" has always been a priority exemplified by our lives. Our current staff is composed of retired firemen, retired utility workers, members of local churches and fraternal organizations as well as members of ethnic and civic organizations. Reconfirming our commitment to our community, the Cook Funeral Home  was the first funeral home to become a Corporate Sponsor of the Northwest Connecticut Chamber of Commerce. Our uniformed staff has worked together for many years and is attentive to every detail during the funeral service. From valet parking for you and your family members in our private parking lot to distributing floral arrangements to the destinations of your choice at the conclusion of the funeral services... Our staff will carry out each of your requests with respect.

Tim and Susan Cook

Tim and Susan Cook

Timothy M. Cook purchased The Funeral Home from Tom LaPorta on November 1, 2001. Tim was employed by Tom for nine years prior to the purchase of ownership and is one of the first in the area to be a "non-family member" to own a local, independently owned funeral home. Along with his wife Susan, Tim is committed to giving his time to personally serve with community events... as well as to serve this community in its time of need.
